Another OC of mine,
This time its a girl gifted with the unoriginal power of ellemental control :d
So yeah thats all four of them, Fire (breathing) Water (see left hand) Earth (rocks revolving round her) and Air (Right hand [scanner didnt work too well XP ])
She's still in production so its not fully established how her powers work, this is just a general image.
I was thinking, it goes like a cycle, one day she has the power over earth etc, the next day it becomes Fire, next day Water, next day Air. Something like that so she can only use one Ellement at a time
Also I thought personality wise, she should have total moodswings relative to the ellement she's using.
So when using Fire, she's (of course) got a firey temper and is quite impatient
Air: Calm and easy-going
Water: Patient and Logical? (something watery
)
Earth: a bit more Stuborn and Forceful
So yeah I'm up to discusion over this, I'd welcome it infact (*cough* Kat *cough*) But thats her, Juri my latest Char
On another note, you may or may not notice I have learnt how to import backgrounds into my hand-drawn images. It took a little play around with the eraser crop and filter tool, but I think I pulled it off quite nicely for a first try ^_^

subtle, very subtle. 
The idea of her abilities shifting each day, with her not necessarily being able to control them, more just dealing with them, etc. is pretty good, would be a bit odd though, maybe difficult to keep track of.
Perhaps her mood affects what she's able to do? Though, despite the difficulties, I like the idea of her 'cyclical' abilities better, it's more interesting for sure.
Maybe a pattern, she has to use her abilities in a specific order, fire, air, water, earth, always has to be in that order. In that way it can create some odd situations, say she needs to use fire, but she JUST used it, she would have to cycle through the other three to get back to it again. XD
